Job descriptionConfigure, develop, and support ServiceNow modules. Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow SIR and VR solutions. Translate business security requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow technical solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, and ServiceNow developers to ensure optimal platform utilization and integration. Define and maintain architectural standards, data models, and governance for ServiceNow SecOps implementations. Provide expert-level guidance on platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Design and implement integrations with third-party tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc. Oversee and mentor development teams during implementation and configuration. Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, client demos, and effort estimation. Ensure alignment with security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and CIS. Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience. 5 7 years of ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in a Developer or Solution Architect or Lead role. Strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations, specifically Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response. Proficiency with JavaScript, REST / SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Business Rules, etc.). Deep understanding of ITSM and ITIL best practices. Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to design scalable, future-proof solutions across multiple environments. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in agile, fast-paced environments. Strong written and oral communication abilities. ServiceNow Certifications : ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist Security Incident Response (SIR) Certified Implementation Specialist Vulnerability Response (VR) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong presentation development and customer presentation abilities. Proven record of successful teamwork and collaboration. Role and Accountabilities
- We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer specializing in Security Operations (SecOps)-particularly Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps solutions and leading enterprise-level implementations aligned with business and security objectives.
- As a Solution Developer, you will lead technical strategy, architecture design, and integration for ServiceNow SecOps modules across complex environments.
