NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT-RISK

The Board of Education of the Maplewood Career Center ("Owner"), in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 9.33 through 9.335 and Ohio Administrative Code 153 : 1-6-1, is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide construction manager-at-risk services in connection with the capital improvement project(s), and additional related improvements as deemed necessary by the Owner (the “Project”).  For more information or to obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), contact :

Firms interested in a contract for construction management services must deliver their Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) to the address above no later than 12 PM on November 1, 2025. SOQs received after this date will not be considered. The CM will be selected using (i) qualifications-based process during the RFQ stage to develop a short list and (ii) best value process during the RFQ stage. The best value criteria used in evaluating proposals from short listed firms will include such factors that are determined to derive or offer the greatest value to the Owner, combining both qualifications and fee.
