Manufacturing Planner Associate
You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate for the PAC-3 Program Team. Our team is responsible for supporting the PAC-3 Program. As the Manufacturing Planner Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing program planning and manufacturing planning activities, ensuring effective management of production schedules, material procurement, and workflow prioritization. Your responsibilities will include :
- Ensuring data integrity in the MRP system and effective management of material flow, inventory optimization, and production schedules
- Providing status reports to internal customers and analyzing production data to inform business decisions
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, and supply chain management

The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Logistics from an accredited college or university and / or a combination of education & related work experienceDemonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programsDemonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skillsMust be a US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearanceDesired Skills :
Familiar with Manufacturing Planning and Supply Chain Management concepts, including Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Production Planning and Control (PP&C), and Supply Chain Management and Procurement PrinciplesBasic Knowledge in Inventory Control, Material Handling and Warehouse Management SystemsBasic Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing Concepts and ProcessesBasic Knowledge of supply and demand with the ability to analyze and respond to changes in customer demand, supplier lead times, and inventory levels to ensure optimal production planning and schedulingBasic Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ExcelAPICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Secret
