Director of Maintenance

A leading family-owned manufacturer and wholesale distributor is seeking a Director of Maintenance

Requirements :

• Multi-plant leadership experience is a major plus
• Ability to lead capital improvement projects Experience managing mechanics and technical teams.
• Must have preventative maintenance and FIX / REPAIR when a machine goes down.
• Must have a background in industrial manufacturing, packaging, food, and beverage , not general construction or building management.
• Must have safety and compliance experience.
• Strong understanding of production machinery, preventative maintenance, and plant operations.
