What will you do?
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact, helping our customers navigate their banking needs and empowering them to make their financial dreams come true. You will be providing outstanding assistance to our customers by assisting them with all their banking enquiries, whilst also actively educating them on the bank’s products and services.
