Our compensation package includes competitive salaries ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, matching 401(k), anniversary gifts, full insurance offerings, continuing education stipend, and more. What's Your Role?

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst you will lead the charge in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA programs for clients of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Your expertise will directly impact the lives of individuals and their families while contributing to a team that values your input and insights. You will bring a desire to grow and develop as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst as well as a collaborative spirit to assist and mentor team members on their own journeys of growth and development. Your intellectual curiosity will drive you to be open to innovative approaches and to continuously seek ways to enhance client outcomes.

Requirements :

What is Required to join the Team?

• Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Desire to make a difference!
