Registered Nurse-Liaison

Job Description

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-4pm / Flexible schedule within business hours / weekends off!

Salary : $85,000 / year

Sign-on Bonus : $4,000; $2000 upon completion of 30 days, $2000 upon completion of 6 months

In this rewarding position, as a Nurse Liaison, you will function as a nurse educator and consultant in collaboration with other clinicians regarding health promotion and maintenance, medication administration, and acute and chronic medical / psychiatric crisis management for persons served.

You will function in role of Medication Administration Program Consultant, train staff to receive MAC Certification, Monitor program adherence to medication administration policies, procedures and regulations.Provide education, consultation and training to staff and persons served regarding changes in health status, health promotion and maintenance. Work as a liaison between Vinfen and community health care providers to promote access to community resouces and quality urgent and routine medical care.
