Position Overview As a Patient Care Technician, you will :

• Work under the direction of the LPN or RN as part of the healthcare team.
• Perform direct patient care and unit functions.
• Communicate completed tasks and any changes in patient status to the nursing staff.
• Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required .
• On-the-job training available.
• Must obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire (TRMC will assist with certification if needed).
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and exercise sound judgment.
• Professional, positive demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
