Tram Driver

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Beach Tram Driver to join our team! Beverage Cart Attendants are the friendly face to golfers as they play the course. The Beach Tram driver will safely transport guests to and from the resort, parking area and/or beach facilities. Along the way, the driver will share information on the mangroves, the boardwalk, etc.

Your role:

• Shift: FLEXIBLE / Trams run sun up to sun down daily

  Day(s) Required: Flexible / Trams run 365 days per year / sun up to sun down

  Minimum Requirements:

  Must be friendly and outgoing; willing to talk to guests of all ages, from all parts of the worldThe Tram driver must have a clear Florida driver's license (2 years no citations)Will drive in both day time and night time conditionsMust be able to drive / share information on the mangrovesMust be able to drive extended length golf cart with or without guests and their belongings.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit (drive) for entire 8 hour shift
• Will be exposed to extreme elements (heat/cold/rain/wind/etc.)
• Must be able to drive extended length golf cart with or without guests and their belongings
• Must be able to speak and hear guest requests and needs
• Must have manual dexterity
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
