Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) - Hospital - Ellensburg, WA

We are currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Hospital setting in Ellensburg, WA. Job Details :

  • Position : Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Setting : Hospital
  • Location : Ellensburg, WA
  • Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday
  • Type : Direct Hire, Permanent Placement

About the Facility :

Join a respected skilled nursing facility in Ellensburg, WA known for providing high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have access to strong clinical leadership, mentorship, and a supportive environment where your professional growth is encouraged.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Estimated rate range. $35-50 / hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status
  • Full benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
  • PTO & Paid Holidays
  • Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document patient progress using EMR systems
  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Current WA SLP license (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP preferred , but CFs will be considered when supervision is available
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
