Job description

Bilingual Healthcare Va

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Worker's compensation VA to support our client in the medical industry. This role involves a combination of administrative and front-office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a medical office and be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate phone calls and calendar schedules using RingCentral and EMR Systems
  • Handle patient billing, including invoicing and payment tracking via Square
  • Transcribe medical or administrative notes accurately Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date patient and office records
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous medical office experience is required
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Edvak, and Square (experience with Edvak and Square is preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with RingCentral phone system is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and stable power supply
