Marzoni's Brick Oven and Brewing Co. is all about good times for our guests, which starts with our hosts. We are looking for friendly individuals to provide the initial interaction that our guests remember, while experiencing their own personal growth in an ideal work environment. At Marzoni's, our focus is not only on the well being of our customers, but also our employees!

Job Description :

• Knows menu and products, including special offers and promotions.
• Controls guest reception area
• Organizes guest seating and flow. Uses pager system during volume times.
• Introduces Servers.
• Seating guests at their table in a warm and friendly manner.
• Efficiently and accurately takes phone take-out orders and packages orders correctly for pickup.
• Buss tables as needed.
• Run dinners when necessary.
• Working as a team member with the dining room staff and other Marzoni's personnel.
• Makes a positive first and last impression to our guests.
• Cleaning and organizing the order area, foyer, halls and bathrooms.
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
• Complies and maintains all safety and sanitation standards at all times.
