Position : Entry-Level Debt Relief Specialist

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL (approximate area; exact location provided upon application)

Shift Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Work Environment : In-person role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Qualify clients according to program guidelines and gather essential financial information
  • Build trust and rapport with clients through effective, compassionate communication
  • Accurately input client data and maintain thorough, up-to-date records
  • Meet and exceed transfer and productivity goals in a collaborative team setting

Requirements :

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to working as part of a team
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask effectively
  • Highly motivated by performance metrics and bonus opportunities

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base pay : $520 per week
  • Additional earnings : Weekly commissions and performance-based bonuses
