Job Summary

Store Leader / Manager (Full-time) is someone committed to leading and growing a team. This role is solely responsible for the success of the location. This role often requires nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Strategically oversees the entire store operation while being the primary customer facing leader and the primary point of contact related to the business operations.
• Hires, trains and develops all Nutrition Consultants position and ensures daily duties are completed to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensures company in meeting its sustainability at the store, related to the environment, employees, and community - implements YOY improvement in sustainability.

The Colorado pay range for this position is from $72,000to $116,000. Exact rate of pay will be based on relevant experience level, training, skills or knowledge and store location. In no instance will PetSmart pay less than the local minimum wage. This position is also eligible for benefits as described at .
