Facility : Hospital providing acute care services, swing bed services, as well as diagnostic, preventative and emergency services in support of the inpatient and outpatient healthcare needs of the communities they serve.

• Dates Available : 7 / 12, 7 / 15-16, 7 / 18, 7 / 22-23 X 2, 7 / 25, 8 / 2 X 2, 8 / 5, 8 / 7-9, 8 / 7 X 2, 8 / 12-16, 8 / 12 X 2, 8 / 16, 8 / 20-21, 8 / 21 X 2, 8 / 23
• Willing to grant emergency privileges in time for July shifts!
• 11,000 ER / UC Combined
• Second Coverage : Yes, as specified by the facility (2-3 CRNA s / day)
• Support Staff / Services : Primary & secondary acute care, along with
• diagnostic, preventative & emergency services, on both IP & OP basis. ED / UC are both in
• the hospital building. Hospital does provide OB care, stroke ready facility. Staffed with 2
• RN's & ER tech every 12 hours. OC coverage of general surgery & CRNA 24 / 7.
• EMR : EPIC
• Travel : Driving distance preferred within 4 hours of facility :
• mileage reimbursed. Will consider further if picking
• up multiple shifts.

Compensation : Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
