Position Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Audit / Assurance Manager to lead remote engagements, guide talented teams, and provide critical insights to clients. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on quality, innovation, and results.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, experienced group that values trust, open communication, and continuous improvement. We are Ideally looking to promote this candidate to Partner within the next 1-2 years.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple audit and assurance projects from initial planning through final deliverables
• Manage, coach, and develop a remote team of auditors (staff and seniors)
• Build lasting client relationships—primarily within the Education and State / Local Government space
• Ensure financial statements comply with U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
• Provide technical support on complex accounting issues
• Identify opportunities to enhance client value and improve internal processes
• Partner with leadership on firm-wide strategy and innovation
