We are seeking an experienced Senior US Tax Manager to join our tax team to support our growing business - this role represents a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing US listed Group, with exposure to a broad range of tax matters. The role will be based in the US, report directly to the Head of Tax and will require a high level of interaction with the wider finance team, commercial team and advisors.

This role will oversee all US tax matters for the Group - the ideal candidate will have experience in US GAAP reporting, compliance and advisory across all taxes (including Sales Tax), in a US listed environment. What You'll Do :

The successful candidate will oversee all US tax matters for the Group. Responsibilities will include :

• Tax Reporting - management of the Group's quarterly US GAAP tax reporting process
• Tax Compliance & Audits - co-ordination of tax compliance for all US taxes and management of tax audits, ensuring we are compliant across all taxes in the US
• Tax Advisory - supporting the business in all tax matters including new products / new states
• Tax Processes - leading the charge on improving processes to support the US compliance and reporting processes, including automation where possible to support the growing business which is set to scale
• Tax Projects - support the Head of Tax with strategic tax projects, including M&A

What You'll Bring :

The salary for this role is based on an annualized salary of up to $160,000 to $180,000 per annum depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
