Pioneer Bank – Full-Time Bank Teller (Harrisonburg Location)

Position Overview :

Pioneer Bank is seeking a Full-Time Bank Teller for our Harrisonburg branch. This role provides a variety of customer account transactions while delivering top-quality service. The teller will also help grow the branch by engaging in front-line sales and actively recruiting new customers.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay : $18.00 per hour

Qualifications :

Banking experience : 2 years (preferred)

Sales experience : 2 years (preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to promote and cross-sell bank products
