As an Operations Associate at HEIDER, this role supports the seamless processes and exceptional client service that define our team. This position involves a supportive of responsibilities including assisting with the management of listings, helping coordinate client needs, and supporting the company's administrative functions. Working under the guidance of HEIDER’s Managing Partner, the Associate will aid in handling incoming inquiries, support the listing preparation processes, assist with managing essential real estate documents, and help fulfill buyer requests. The Associate participates in HEIDER listings and client interactions, supports contract-to-close processes, and attends other necessary appointments as needed. Administrative responsibilities also include assisting with email management for the Managing Partner.
