Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to provide estimated pricing for client requested quotes based on study design documents.

Key Responsibilities

Create estimates using the pricing tool and communicate pricing information to account managers

Collaborate with Business Development and Client Management to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates

Maintain an accurate filing system of study and cost estimate related materials

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a scientific field preferred

2-4 years of experience in estimating and / or scientific research

Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

Experience with review and interpretation of scientific documents

Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
