SymQuest, a Division of Konica Minolta, currently has an exciting opportunity for

Network Solutions Field Engineer (Connectivity)!

The role involves providing technical installation and post-installation support to clients from Plattsburgh, New York to Watertown, New York . You will be to provide the network installation and support of print / scan devices and associated supported software. This person will work closely with sales representatives, field service technicians, and internal teams to ensure a high level of quality and communication.

The candidate should be independent, adaptable, and eager to tackle daily challenges.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure print / scan devices and software solutions onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot and integrate networked hardware and software solutions.
• Manage installation processes, including setup, testing, training, and documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve high-priority issues for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and vendor support for successful installations.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles for issues and procedures.
• Log problems and resolutions in the CRM tool.
• Provide pre-sales consultation to assist sales teams.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Continuously learn new technologies and skills.
