A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support compensation and equity administration programs.
Key Responsibilities
Support compensation planning, benchmarking, and analysis across business units
Assist in the administration of equity / stock programs including grants, vesting, and tracking
Maintain and analyze employee compensation data to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
3+ years of compensation analysis and stock plan administration experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation, modeling)
Experience in HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality
