  • Alternating weeks of day and night shifts
  • 7-on / 7-off block schedule
  • Open ICU; ventilator management required, but no other procedures
  • Must be comfortable practicing independently
  • Competitive salary plus full benefits
  • 1 hour from Bangor, 1.5 hours from Portland, 3.5 hours from Boston, and 3 hours from Quebec, Canada
  • Will consider IM and FM physicians, including 2025 residents; J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship
