Position Summary
Under the general direction of the CIO, with input from Functional Stakeholders, and the IT Director - Applications, leads and coordinates the training function in support of PeopleSoft (Financials, Human Capital Management, and Campus Solutions) and related administrative technology. The scope of training responsibilities includes new implementations, application upgrades, PeopleTools upgrades, and training development software upgrades, as well as ongoing production training. Designs training plans in coordination with functional stakeholders. Responsibilities include management of content on PeopleSoft Support web pages. Directly supervises Training Coordinators.
