Principal Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Principal Data Scientist to lead AI initiatives in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of advanced AI / ML and Generative AI systems

Translate product and clinical needs into AI strategies and solution architectures

Mentor and coach data scientists in technical excellence and model lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI / ML, or related field

8+ years of experience in AI / ML with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity

Proven success delivering end-to-end AI solutions in production

Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks

Strong understanding of healthcare data systems and interoperability standards
