Our Information Services Division (ISD) is recruiting for an IT Data Management - Journey to maintain security, functionality, and efficiency across multiple statewide systems.

We are one of the most public facing state agencies and the second largest revenue generating agency in Washington State. We regularly interact with over 6 million Washington residents and collect nearly $3 billion in taxes and fees annually. Responsibilities

• As an IT Data Management - Journey for our Database Administration Team in the Information Services Division (ISD), you will make key system recommendations, run performance monitoring, and participate in database design reviews.
• Your responsibilities include hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and installations.
• You should expect to spend time independently researching and providing consultation to multiple levels of ISD and the larger DOL team.
• Additionally, you will enhance user abilities through training on hardware and software products.
