Sr. Specialist of Retail Proposal Service

The Business Accommodation Team (BAT) is a part of the Specialized Relationships Group, designed to support and resolve the unique and complex needs of clients to win and retain assets while managing firm risk. The Sr. Specialist will report to the Director of BAT and will be responsible for supporting the Clients Business Development Officers with Requests for Proposals (RFP) to compete for high-net-worth business, providing world class service through a differentiated wealth management experience that drives scale and growth for the business. The RFP Service centralizes and streamlines the creation of proposals and sales presentations for HNW prospect / client asset consolidation opportunities.

Responsibilities include :

• Collaborating with partners at all levels throughout the organization
• Build a strong understanding of clients investor segments, services, products and offerings including key opportunities in the marketplace.
• Lead efforts to develop compelling written proposals and storylines by working closely with field representatives and cross-functional partners to win business from high and ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including the ability to distill complex information and develop recommendations
• Working collaboratively under the SWA BDO's direction, the Sr. Specialist utilizes content slides and attaches portfolio analysis reports to support the proposal process.
