Multi-Service General Manager 3

Sodexo is seeking a Multi-Service General Manager 3 to oversee Environmental Services and Patient Transport for Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. The Multi-Service GM reports to the Client Executive and will have oversight of the 800 bed hospital, 6 managers and approximately 185 frontline employees for the housekeeping team and 35 Transporters. The ability to support the operation for on-call weekend duties as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;
• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• Partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership;
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and / or
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
