Job description

🌟 We're Hiring : Talent Acquisition Specialist III! 🌟

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist III to lead our recruitment efforts and build exceptional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder management to attract top talent and drive organizational growth.

📍 Location :  Social Circle, GA

What You'll Do :

  • Recruitment focus is on the business (or as assigned)

Attracting top talent and developing a qualified candidate pool for current and future openings

Pre-screening candidates , partnering with team members to develop sourcing strategies , providing talent for open positions

Managing open job requisitions , updating / managing SuccessFactors ATS , achieving recruiting metrics, reporting key accomplishments

Compiling / communicating knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders

Ensuring compliance with state / federal employment laws , applicant tracking compliance, and reporting metrics

Facilitating candidate review meetings , capturing feedback for compliance

Establishing a business partnership with hiring managers and leadership

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree required (relevant experience / certification in specialized HR function may substitute)
  • Minimum 6 years HR experience and at least 4 years full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment (preferably corporate)

    Strong attention to detail

    Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience

    Ability to build a network across industries to identify talent

    Data management and metrics (trend analysis) experience

    Ability to challenge manager assumptions and confront issues

    Handle multiple changing priorities

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Superb communication skills

    Experience forecasting headcount / workforce planning

    Advanced internet recruitment / sourcing experience

    Functional assessment experience / knowledge required

    Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal / state legislation

    Healthcare / Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred

    Commercial Recruiting experience is a plus

    Experience managing requisitions within SuccessFactors ATS (or similar)
