• % of Practice : 30% Hem, 70% Onc
• Required Procedures : OP & IP Hem & Onc, Participation on a tumor board
• Lab & X-ray Onsite : Yes
• No. of Exam Rooms : 8
• EMR : Epic

• Mar 2026 start date if not a clean record.
• Expected to respond by phone ONLY and would not be "called back" onsite after hrs or on the weekend.
• Oncology clinic is attached to chemo treatment center & hospital.
