Job descriptionMinimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare, urgent care, or emergency setting. Experience managing both clinical and administrative staff preferred. BLS / CPR certification required. Medical Assistant, RN, or other clinical certification preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred) and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of clinical workflows, billing, and compliance processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
Clinical Practice Manager - Urgent Care
Job Summary
Reports to the Administrative Director and work closely with the Medical Director. The Clinical Practice Manager (CPM) oversees daily operations and clinical performance across all three urgent care centers, ensuring quality care, efficient workflows, and positive patient experience. This role manages staffing, financial performance, and compliance, while supporting both administrative and clinical teams. The CPM promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Education :
- Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
