Groundskeeper
The Grounds Crew Member is a seasonal, part-time position responsible for supporting the preparation, maintenance, and game-day readiness of the playing surface at ONT Field. Working under the direction of the Field Operations Manager and Grounds Superintendent, this hands-on role assists with turf care, infield clay maintenance, batting practice setup, weather response, and event conversions to ensure a safe, professional quality playing surface for baseball games and special events. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in sports turf management, baseball operations, or stadium field operations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in sports turf, landscaping, construction, or facility operations preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with baseball or athletic field maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate motorized equipment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
Schedule requirements:
- Must be available on game days, including nights, weekends, and holidays (March - September)

Compensation & benefits:
- Hourly wage of $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
