Registered Nurse, Telemetry\nExperience : 3 years\nCertifications : BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale\nSSN Required\nDOB Required\nReferences : 1 Reference in entire work history\n\nDriver’s License On-File (Address on Profile MUST Match Address on Driver’s License)
