About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, highly driven Warehouse Floor Manager / Labor Supervisor to take command of a large, fast-paced labor force of 175225 temporary workers. This is not a desk job it's a boots-on-the-floor leadership role that demands presence, energy, and direct accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily operations on the warehouse floor.
• Keep a large workforce productive, focused, and on-task.
• Maintain structure and discipline while creating a performance-driven atmosphere.
• Motivate and lead through consistent floor presence and real-time feedback.
• Reallocate labor and resources dynamically to meet production goals.
• Use Excel for task tracking, headcounts, and basic reporting.
• Partner with other leads and departments for seamless execution.
