HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a flexible hybrid role providing early intervention services to families across Humboldt County, CA. This is a contract role with employer-paid housing and a benefits stipend. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Occupational Therapist OTR/L Responsibilities

• Provide online and in-home therapy to infants and toddlers (ages 0–3)

• Conduct gross motor, fine motor, adaptive, communication, and social-emotional evals

• Address sensory processing, motor planning, learning, and early behavioral needs

• Write reports, set treatment goals, and deliver direct therapy services

• Consult with families, caregivers, teachers, and community providers

• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team

• Attend bi-annual and annual multidisciplinary team meetings

• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship

Occupational Therapist OTR/L Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of California

• Experience with developmental delays and disorders in infants and toddlers

• Strong ability to conduct developmental evaluations

• Comfortable with tele-practice and coaching families online

• Valid driver’s license

Occupational Therapist OTR/L Compensation and Benefits

• $80 - 98 per hour, depending on experience (up to 203,840K Annual)

• Fully paid housing (no out-of-pocket rent or utilities)

• Flexible scheduling, stable caseload from day one

• Cell phone stipend for part-time (20+ hours/week)

• Paid commute mileage from home to client visits
