Opportunity :

The Lab Supervisor role at SFM is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Lab Department. They are the face of SFM when the patient is here for their lab appointment and should act with professionalism and leadership so as to create a peaceful, structured experience. The Lab Supervisor is expected to be organized in completing the daily tasks required to keep the lab running. They are also expected to collaborate well and act as a team player with the whole team at SFM, as well as our Quest assigned phlebotomist.

Position Responsibilities :

• The Lab Supervisor is the support to the Lab Manager, who has their own roles and responsibilities but can act in charge if the Lab Manager is out of the office.
• Assist in managing operations to run smoothly by scheduling or rescheduling patients, ordering supplies, maintaining health and safety protocols, and training additional lab assistants and phlebotomists.
• Processes and manages biological samples according to physician order.
• Follows strict safety and health standards.
