Job Title : Leadership & Development Coach
Location : Remote (Preferred : Fort Collins or Denver Metro Area)
Contract Duration : 10 / 2025 – 10 / 2026
Pay Rate : $160–$170 / hour
Employment Type : W-2 or 1099
Position Summary :
We are looking for a Leadership & Development Coach to support a leadership team undergoing organizational change. The coach will deliver individual and group coaching engagements aligned to the goals of a Salesforce and digital transformation initiative. Ideal candidates will have experience coaching senior leaders during major change efforts and a strong background in leadership development strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver one-on-one and team coaching to leaders navigating transformation.
- Assess leadership development needs and design targeted development plans.
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions that enhance trust, resilience, and agility.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leaders to improve team effectiveness.
- Partner with change leads and HR stakeholders to align coaching with broader change and culture goals.
