About Your Role

As a Customer Success Expert, you'll support pharmacy customers in maximizing the value of RxPost by :

  • Assisting sales team with follow-up outreach
  • Onboarding and training new users
  • Advising on buying and selling decisions
  • Acting as a customer advocate internally
  • Solving problems using your pharmacy experience
  • Working across phone, chat, video, and email to make sure customers feel confident and supported.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Expert, your role will include :

  • Sales Follow-Up
  • Assist the sales team with follow-up outreach to ensure a smooth handoff and timely engagement.

  • Onboarding New Customers
  • Guide pharmacies through setup with personalized support.

  • Training & Support
  • Teach users how to manage inventory and source medications.

  • Proactive Engagement
  • Host 1-on-1 communications and stay ahead of customer needs.

  • Advocacy & Insight
  • Share customer feedback with sales, product, and marketing.

  • Problem-Solving
  • Offer thoughtful, pharmacy-informed solutions.

    About You

    We're looking for someone who is :

  • Experienced
  • 2+ years as a pharmacy technician

  • Customer-Focused
  • A passion for helping others succeed

  • Tech-Savvy
  • Comfortable using SaaS tools, HubSpot, Zoom, etc.

  • Solution-Oriented
  • Can analyze issues and propose improvements

  • Growth-Minded
  • Willing to learn and own key success metrics

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $40,000 annually ? $50,000 after successful year 1
