About The Position

Gastroenterology Locums - 8 Shifts Per Month - Maryland

We have an excellent ongoing locums assignment for a Gastroenterologist in Maryland. This opportunity offers a highly flexible, part-time schedule perfect for supplementing your current practice.

Practice Setting

  • Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient coverage
  • Adult patient population
  • Average of ~5 calls per shift
  • Schedule

  • Part-time coverage : 8 shifts per month
  • 24-hour call requirement
  • 30-minute call response time
  • Mix of call and scheduled procedure days
  • Procedures and Cases

  • ERCP is required
  • Inpatient call coverage
  • Scheduled upper and lower scopes
  • Requirements

  • Board Certified in Gastroenterology
  • Active ACLS certification
  • Minimum 24 months of experience
  • Credentialing Requirements

  • Active Maryland license
  • Open to IMLC Physicians
  • Temps available (approx. 90-day standard credentialing)
