About the Role :
We’re seeking a dynamic and analytical Compensation Consultant . This highly consultative role supports organizations of varying sizes and industries by delivering strategic compensation planning services. You’ll be instrumental in designing market-competitive salary structures, conducting pay equity analyses, and advising on incentive and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking using survey data and industry insights
Design and evaluate compensation structures, incentive plans, and pay equity strategies
Facilitate client meetings, manage project workflows, and deliver high-quality compensation reports and presentations
Provide guidance on FLSA compliance and federal / state wage laws
Collaborate with HR teams to align compensation strategies with organizational goals
Assist in developing training materials and compensation communications
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
3+ years of progressive compensation experience
Pay Details : $32.00 to $50.00 per hour
