CONTINGENT- approximately 20 hours per week- flexible scheduling with a minimum of 1 evening per week; Clinic is open Monday- Friday 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm- NO weekends or major holidays. No benefits are associated with this position

We are seeking a licensed behavioral health provider with an active license of LPC, LLC (previously LLPC), LMSW, LLMSW, LLP, or LP in the state of Michigan. CAADC is preferred but not required. Children / Adolescent experience is preferred. Being able to work at least 1 evening per week is desired but not required.

This is a pay per service position- 55% for Full Licensed; 50% for limited license.

GENERAL SUMMARY :

Provides behavioral health counseling services.

Responsibilities :

• Conducts patient assessments and establishes therapy treatment goals.
• Administers individual and group therapy. Maintains thorough and confidential records of observations.
• Evaluates progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Provides patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
• Works directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
