Change Management Sr Consultant

As a CBRE Change Management Sr. Consultant, you will develop complex continuous improvement strategies, implement a strategy to support adoption of key initiatives, and inspire change programs for business transformation.

Understand the process implications of change and work with teams. Develop change management strategies for programs and projects. Provide and implement solutions to improve the productivity, efficiency, and adaptability of the business. Work with senior managers and impacted high-profile collaborators to mitigate any risks, identify change barriers and devise strategies to overcome the barriers. Create deliverables in support of change management strategies. Implement change management practices that are used throughout the lifecycle to improve execution and delivery of results. Verify alignment of the change plan with the project plan. Build internal relationships with sponsors, business leads, program managers change champions, and all impacted parties. Assist with training on change management to project teams, sponsors, business leads, change champions, and impacted line managers as needed. Develop solutions and identify the resources and various teams needed to implement change. Implement guidelines to ensure a consistent and repeatable change management approach is coordinated into programs and projects. Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives. Demonstrate expertise in your field and detailed understanding of other subject areas within the organization function. Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view. Impact the achievement of operations, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies. Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and / or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals. Analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics and processes. Define and measure success metrics. Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
