A company is looking for a Manager, Tax Provision.
Key Responsibilities
Review and consolidate the interim and year-end global income tax provision under ASC 740
Lead tax accounting for business combinations and manage consolidated discrete tax items
Partner with global tax teams to ensure accurate reporting and support process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting or Law
6+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting and / or multinational corporate tax department
Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP income tax accounting
Experience preparing or reviewing income tax provisions
CPA or equivalent certification
