The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data systems within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of network installation and customer service, as well as experience with various technologies in a data center environment. Responsibilities

• Install and configure network equipment including switches, routers, and cabling (Cat5 and low voltage).
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on data center equipment.
• Assist with the setup and management of CCTV systems.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during installations or repairs.
• Telecommunicate with team members to coordinate project tasks and updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while using power tools during installations.
• Document all work performed, including network diagrams and system configurations.
• Collaborate with other technicians to improve processes and resolve technical issues.
