Your Role as a Client Service Professional

In this role, you will make a meaningful difference by helping clients navigate their financial decisions. You will build lasting relationships that grow stronger each year as you provide exceptional service each season.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work varying schedules
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, personalized greetings and answer client inquiries
• Match clients with the right tax professionals according to their needs
• Schedule client appointments based on preferences
• Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in-person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Your Expertise:

• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong background in customer service
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
