Job Description

• Underwriting affordable housing deals as part of a strong, dynamic team
• Site analysis and selection, working closely with leaders, architects, agencies, contractors and other internal teams
• Conduct financial analysis and market research to support property underwriting decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory and internal standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for property-related projects.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all underwriting and project management activities.
• Support the development of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives.
