Associate Finance Assistant
Reports To : Finance Director
Status : Part-Time (10hrs per week)
Work Schedule : In Office (Gilbert, AZ) Monday, Tuesday, and / or Wednesday
About the Role :
We're looking for someone who loves details, enjoys working with numbers, and wants to use their skills to support the mission of our church. The Associate Finance Assistant plays a key role in helping our Finance Team keep things running smoothly by handling accounts payable, reviewing receipts, and reconciling credit card transactions.

What You'll Do :
- Help process invoices and payments to vendors and ministry partners
- Review receipts and documentation for church credit cards transactions
- Reconcile credit card transactions each month to keep our records accurate
- Assist with other monthly reconciliations and general accounting tasks
- Keep files and financial records organized and up to date
- Support the Finance Team with various projects or reports as needed
What We're Looking For :
