Associate Attorney

Seeking a motivated and experienced attorney to join our team in either our St. George office. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of legal experience with a focus in community association law, real estate, and civil litigation.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with homeowner associations, property managers, and other real estate professionals on a variety of legal matters ranging from covenant enforcement to collections and litigation. The position also includes courtroom appearances, legal research and writing, and client advisory services.

• Responsibilities :
• Represent clients in civil litigation
• Provide legal counsel to homeowner and condominium associations on compliance, governance, enforcement, and collections
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
• Handle discovery, depositions, mediation, and court appearances
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Stay current with relevant legal developments in real estate and community association law
• Qualifications :
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the Utah State Bar
• 4-10 years of relevant experience in community association law, real estate, and litigation
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and building long-term client relationships
