Maintenance Technician

Schedule :

Must be able to work either shift - flexible

1st shift : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

2nd shift : Monday - Friday, 1 : 00 PM - 9 : 30 PM

Pay : $25 / hr.

Essential tasks :

• Perform general plumbing repairs (fix leaks, replace toilets, unclog drains - no license required).
• Handle basic electrical tasks (install fixtures, ceiling fans, switches - no license required).
• Complete small repairs and installations (drywall, painting, shelving, minor appliances).
• Maintain facility cleanliness (operate Zamboni, clean parking lot, yard upkeep).
• Operate the forklift as needed.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
