Insurance Processing Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Insurance Processing Representative and provide exceptional support to our borrowers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to their mortgage insurance needs, ensuring a positive experience through clear communication and efficient service. In This Role, You Will :

• Handle incoming phone calls and emails to process customer requests related to their insurance requirements and escrow inquiries
• Maintain friendly, professional, and helpful interactions with IHFA borrowers
• Work with the insurance servicing vendor to update borrower insurance information
• Complete various reports to maintain borrowers active insurance
• Follow Agency guidelines for insurance processing
• Provide backup support for customer service calls as needed
• Other job duties as assigned
